| DAY2 | Mount Hua ★ One of the Five Great Mountains—Mount Hua, the Mountain of Heroes |
After breakfast, we’ll take a bus to [Mount Hua], described as “a mountain five thousand zhang high, sheer and square.” As the highest of the Five Great Mountains, it is both rugged and majestic. Thanks to the legend of “The Sword Summit at Mount Hua,” the mountain is imbued with a sense of danger, an ethereal aura, the spirit of the sword, as well as heroism, chivalry, and righteousness. Surveying Mount Hua, who reigns supreme? I ride my horse with ease to the summit. Riding a sword on the wind, I vanquish demons across the heavens and earth. With wine, I revel in carefree joy; without, I remain undaunted. I drink from the Yellow River, then swallow the sun and moon. Here, you can experience the “Hawk Turn”—clutching iron chains with your hands, stepping into stone niches, and spinning your way down; or you can bravely challenge the Skywalk, a path barely wide enough for one person where a bottomless abyss lies beneath your feet; or traverse the Azure Dragon Ridge, which cuts across the cloud-capped peaks. Afterward, return to the hotel to rest. (Entrance fees and cable car costs for Mount Hua are not included; guests may purchase tickets on-site according to their preferences) Note: As there are currently two cable car lines at Mount Hua (North Peak and West Peak), guests may choose which one to ride at their own expense based on personal preference. The following three options are available: 1. Round-trip to North Peak: 150 RMB/person; mountain entrance bus: 40 RMB/person; 2. West Peak round-trip: 280 RMB per person; mountain entrance shuttle: 80 RMB per person; 3. West Peak ascent and North Peak descent: 220 RMB per person; mountain entrance shuttle: 60 RMB per person.
| DAY3 | Huaqing Pool – Ming Dynasty City Wall – Daxingshan Temple – Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square – Tang Dynasty Everbright City |
After breakfast, we will depart for [Huaqing Palace]—located 30 kilometers east of Xi’an, this scenic area is renowned both at home and abroad for its timeless hot spring resources and numerous historical events, making it a landmark destination for Tang Dynasty cultural tourism in China. Nestled against the mountains and facing the Wei River, the palace complex was built along the slopes of Mount Li. It is vast in scale and features magnificent architecture, with pavilions, towers, halls, and palaces scattered throughout Mount Li. Originally named “Tangquan Palace,” it was later renamed “Hot Spring Palace.” Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty renamed it Huaqing Palace; as it is situated on Mount Li, it is also known as Lishan Palace, Li Palace, or Xiuling Palace. Huaqing Palace was first built in the early Tang Dynasty and reached its peak during Emperor Xuanzong’s reign. Emperor Xuanzong devoted great care to the construction of this magnificent summer palace, visiting it almost every October and returning to Chang’an only at the end of the year. Huaqing Pool combines an ancient imperial hot spring garden with the historic site of the Xi’an Incident from modern times. It served as the summer retreat for Emperor Xuanzong and Consort Yang. The site features the “Baths of the Hawthorn,” “Lotus,” “Stars,” “Imperial Kitchen,” and “Crown Prince”—famous for the verse “In the spring chill, he bestowed a bath at Huaqing Pool; the hot spring water, smooth as silk, washed her fair skin”—as well as the historic site of the Xi’an Incident on Mount Li: Huan Garden and the Five-Hall Complex. After touring the national 5A-rated scenic area—the Ming City Wall, China’s largest and best-preserved ancient city wall—proceed to visit Daxingshan Temple and Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square to view the iconic landmark of ancient Xi’an: the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda has stood in the ancient city of Xi’an since its completion over 1,200 years ago during the Tang Dynasty; it is also the most intact Tang Dynasty structure remaining in the world today. Head to [Tang Dynasty Never-Sleeping City] for an up-close encounter with “Fan Brother,” witness the most dazzling spectacle in Xi’an’s night sky, and experience the brilliant history of the Tang Dynasty’s golden age through a festive garden party. Visit one of China’s Top Ten High-End Cultural Pedestrian Streets and the main venue of “Xi’an Year: The Most Chinese,” a new “Tang Dynasty Street” built at a cost of 5 billion yuan. combined with the surrounding grand and exquisite Tang-style architectural complexes, as well as resident bands of various styles performing every 50 meters! Immerse yourself in the atmosphere, snap endless photos, and feel the excitement—it’s like stepping back into the golden age of the Tang Dynasty! It has now become a must-visit, Instagram-famous cultural district for travelers to Xi’an. (The Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda Music Square are pedestrian-only areas with numerous street performances. Since it’s difficult to coordinate a uniform sightseeing schedule for all visitors, our agency has arranged for you to explore these areas at your own pace. Afterward, you’ll return to the hotel to rest.)
| DAY4 | Great Qin Culture Exhibition Hall - Shaanxi Impressions Supermarket - Terracotta Army |

It is the world’s largest underground military museum and one of the greatest discoveries in the history of archaeology. The Terracotta Army was discovered on March 11, 1974; in 1987, the Mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin and the Terracotta Army Pits were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and hailed as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” More than 200 national leaders have visited the site, making it a shining emblem of China’s ancient civilization. In Pits 1, 2, and 3, amidst the glint of swords and spears, visitors can experience the arduous process of ancient pottery-making; the colorful terracotta warriors showcase technological advancements; and the vast array of figures allows one to appreciate the splendor of history.
