| DAY2 | Guiyang >>> Liupo Xiaoqikong >>> Xijiang Miao Village >>> Xijiang Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: Xijiang |
Highlights: Xiaoguiqiao Scenic Area, Xiaoguiqiao Bridge, Xijiang River Night View, Long Table Banquet After breakfast at the hotel, head to the “Emerald of the Earth”—the Xiaoguiqiao Scenic Area (approximately 3 hours). Transfer to the scenic area electric cart (electric cart: 40 RMB/person; insurance: 10 RMB/person; fees at your own expense; excluding the optional 30 RMB/person boat ride on Yuanyang Lake) to explore the scenic area. Xiaqi Kong is located in the southwestern part of Libo County, Guizhou. At the northern end of the scenic area stands the ancient Xiaqi Kong Bridge, built in the 15th year of the Daoguang reign (1836), from which the scenic area derives its name. The Laya Waterfall surges skyward and cascades horizontally. With the waterfall alongside the path and visitors standing directly beneath it, the experience feels particularly exhilarating and intimate. The 68-tiered waterfall, with its cascading tiers, gushes down with a gurgling roar, each tier taking a unique form and presenting a magnificent spectacle that is truly breathtaking. In the Water Forest, trees grow from the rocks and water flows over them. Walking among the branches and through the misty waves offers endless delight. The area features numerous attractions for visitors to explore. Currently open to the public are attractions such as Tonggu Bridge, the Ancient Bridge of Xiaoqikong and its Huanbi Pool, Yuanyang Lake, Wolong Pool, and the Wolong River Ecological Corridor rafting tour. Scenic Area Designation: National Scenic Area; AAAAA-rated Scenic Area; One of China’s Most Beautiful Places; World Heritage Site—China’s Karst. Afterward, we’ll take a bus to Xijiang Thousand-Household Miao Village—a place where beauty speaks for itself (the 4-station electric cart ride, priced at 30 RMB per person, is not included and must be paid for separately). As the world’s largest Miao ethnic settlement, you can stroll along the ancient streets, take a break on the wind-and-rain bridge, and savor the tranquility of rural life. As night falls, gaze out from the observation deck to see the lights across the mountains shimmering like stars in the sky—a truly magical sight. Friendly Reminder: Accommodations will be arranged based on actual booking availability. During peak season, the village gets very crowded, and the return to Xijiang on the same day is late and tiring; please be prepared for this. When staying in Xijiang, you will need to carry your own luggage and walk (10–20 minutes) to the guesthouse within the scenic area. The guesthouses are built along the mountainside, with limited rooms and generally basic facilities. A mixed-group tour may be accommodated across several guesthouses. During peak season, if the hotels listed in the itinerary are fully booked, alternative accommodations will be arranged, but we guarantee rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms.
| DAY3 | Xijiang >>> Sajin Valley >>> Anshun Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: Anshun |
Key Experiences: Xijiang Morning Scenery, Nanhua Miao Village, Sajin Valley In the early morning, push open the wooden window of a stilt house and watch the thin morning mist hovering over the structures gradually dissipate; sit on the “beauty’s bench” and daydream or gaze out at the tiered wooden stilt houses, while the crystal-clear Baishui River flows through the village: life is so peaceful and pleasant. In the idyllic paradise of Xijiang Thousand-Household Miao Village, everything is fresh, everything sparks curiosity, and everything is a subject for photography—capturing the natural beauty in your memories. Next, head to [Yungu Town]: It is the jewel of Guizhou’s major tourism circuit and one of the key showcases for Miao intangible cultural heritage. It complements the Xijiang Miao Village scenic area, together perfectly blending Chinese folk art with Miao culture. [Sajin Valley]: The Sajin Valley Scenic Area seamlessly blends natural landscapes with historical and cultural sites. Its defining characteristics are its antiquity, seclusion, uniqueness, and rugged terrain. Another distinctive feature is that every mountain, every rock, every scene, and every object seems to possess a spirit of its own, imbued with mythical charm. As the names of the scenic spots suggest, each one is associated with a beautiful legend. (Glass Walkway: 40 RMB per person, at your own expense)
| DAY4 | Anshun >>> Jade and Gemstone Center >>> General Store >>> Huangguoshu Waterfall >>> Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: Anshun |

First, visit the 【Doupotang Waterfall】 (tour duration: at least 0.5 hours): This is where the closing scene of the 1985 TV series “Journey to the West” was filmed. It was the essential route for the four disciples of Tang Sanzang on their quest for the scriptures, allowing you to relive the classic tale. Visit Tianxingqiao Scenic Area (Duration: at least 1 hour): A harmonious blend of mountains, water, forests, and caves, with lush greenery and ancient vines winding through the rocky terrain. The ancient town was built in the first year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty (1378). It is renowned both domestically and internationally for its dense clusters of ancient architecture, well-preserved traditional residences, and rich historical and cultural atmosphere. It is also the filming location for the movie *In Search of the Gun*. 【Pingba Cherry Blossoms】: The Pingba Farm Cherry Blossom Garden features three core scenic areas: Prosperous Cherry Blossom Square, Cherry Blossom Quest Garden, and Cherry Blossom Wander Garden (excluding the scenic shuttle bus fee of 20 RMB per person).
